Last month, our own Dr. Celeste Brabec was interviewed for the HCA Midwest Health Talk Podcast . Dr. Brabec discusses the importance of being proactive about fertility health in an era when women/couples are waiting longer to start families. Dr. Brabec provides a range of important fertility health tips.
Age Matters When TTC
Before we share Dr. Brabec’s fertility health tips, keep in mind that age matters when you’re trying to conceive (TTC). Statistics prove the best chance of conceiving a baby the first month you try is during your twenties (15%). That number drops considerably by the mid-30s (9%), and it plummets after 40 (1%).
Key Health Tips For Getting Pregnant
