PLEASE NOTE: RRC is not a sperm bank. We offer sperm freezing solely as a fertility preservation option.
Why Freeze and Store Sperm?
Sometimes a medical diagnosis, medication, or treatment side effect threatens male fertility. In other cases, the transgender transition from male to female means the hormonal or physical end to sperm production.
Fortunately, proactive sperm freezing gives you the best chance of protecting your fertility changes in the future. Just as women can freeze their eggs for future use, frozen sperm can be thawed and used for a range of fertility treatments in the future, including intrauterine insemination (IUI), in vitro fertilization (IVF) with a female partner, or IVF using a gestational carrier.
